Returns Eligibility

- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Opened or used packages will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must:
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide a clear unboxing video showing the package as it was received and the damage upon opening.
Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process claims for damaged products.

- Returns without proper video proof (in case of damage)
